Hailing from a lively village in Uttar Pradesh’s Hapur District, I was raised in the heart of a farming family, steeped in the wisdom of rural India. My passion for learning ignited in a modest village school, guiding me to the University of Delhi and Dr. Hari Singh Gaur University in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh—proof that small places nurture big dreams.
As an advocate for education and social justice, I’ve collaborated with Governments, NGOs, and the United Nations to champion child rights, girls’ education, adolescence, and gender equality, with a trail of publications to my name. My books, Let’s Leave the Book Open! and Kagaz Ki Talash: An Unwanted Endeavour, reflect my love for weaving words that inspire.
